Real Life Lean - Lean practices in the real world

You hear it on every construction site - the last 10% of a project is the hardest. The little items fall through the cracks and it becomes harder and harder to close out a project. In the video below we see how an electrical crew shifts from their traditional weekly work planning boards to closeout boards to help nail down the small items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
